Familiars Coffee & Tea
Familiars Coffee & Tea opened up their Northampton, MA shop in one of the most iconic storefronts in town: a beautifully restored 1930s Worcester Lunch Car. While embracing the history of their home, Familiars is focused on offering drinks for specialty coffee and tea enthusiasts, along with high quality, locally sourced breakfast and lunch foods. For their fifth anniversary, they wanted to revamp their website to better represent the well-established, vibrant community gathering place they'd become.
The mission was to set the vibe by introducing rich colors and scene-setting photography so people can get a real sense of the shop atmosphere, to update the copy writing so it better reflects their brand voice, and to create an engaging user experience that inspires visitors to keep scrolling and reading and finally place their order or plan their trip.

Coffee, customers, the crew, business partners and suppliers - they all make Familiars what it is, and we’re celebrating those connections.

Familiars is situated in a historic space with a long heritage of serving the community. The current owners had the honor of helping to bring new life to the lunch car after it’s renovation, and they often get questions about the space’s history so we were sure to include that part of the story in the new website.

So not only do we talk about our coffee, we’re sure to highlight our merch because we always have something new! And you know you want to rep your favorite coffee, while drinking your favorite coffee.
